Scope: Design, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Package Handling System, including the below components

• • Conveyor system (approximate 140 m)
• • Divertors with wheels
• • Placement of new Mezzanine floor
• • Support structure underneath mezzanine floor to hang conveyors
• • Using existing conveyors and modifying the heights to suit the operation
• • New PLC software and hardware design
• • Integration of new scanner units to the software for sorting
• • 1 Tunnel scanner
• • Inclusion of 2 new flexible motorized conveyors – 15m extended/5.2 m retracted
• • Project management at site and Co-ordination between DHL personnel and handover at a period to cause minimum disruption to existing operations
